Natasha is a Pilates instructor with a passion for promoting physical and mental well-being through movement. Natasha has witnessed first-hand the transformative power of Pilates and its ability to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
Natasha believes in a holistic approach to fitness, where mind-body connection and proper alignment are key. “My goal as a Pilates instructor is to help individuals discover their inner strength, improve posture, and achieve optimal physical balance. I am committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment, where clients can feel empowered, challenged, and motivated to reach their fitness goals.”
My teaching style is rooted in precision, control, and mindful movement. I focus on proper alignment and breath awareness to ensure safe and effective workouts. I strive to create well-rounded classes that incorporate a variety of Pilates techniques, including mat exercises, and equipment-based routines, to provide a comprehensive Pilates experience.
With more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Fiona has observed alternative approaches to healing that don’t rely on conventional pharmaceutical drugs. This sparked her curiosity, leading her to explore nutrition and alternative natural remedies.
Fiona has gone on to explore further and to enhance her understanding of nutrition, Fiona is currently undertaking a Naturopathic Nutrition Course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). As part of her personal wellness journey, she has developed a passion for incorporating physical and mental practices that embrace a holistic perspective on wellness, aiming to enhance overall well-being.
